Where can I get mental health support after graduating?

Graduating university is an exciting time, though it can also feel a little daunting for some people. You may have found this page looking for what mental health support is available post graduation. 

Below you'll find a list of resources aiming to signpost graduates to external wellbeing support:

NHS Talking Therapies
You can self-refer to your local NHS Talking Therapies service to get psychological support with common mental health experiences like stress, anxiety or depression. Find out more and refer yourself online using this link.

GP Support
Your GP can provide initial advice and access to treatments (like medication and talking therapy) and can refer you for specialist support if this is appropriate. For some practical tips on how to talk to your GP about your mental health, check out this guide.
