Where is my appointment with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Team?

Ahead of your appointment, you will be sent a pre-registration form. Please complete this before your appointment to allow us to provide you the most appropriate support.

 

Telephone appointments
You will be called on the number that you have listed on your MyAccount profile – please double check this before your appointment and update it if necessary. Please note the call may come from a withheld/blocked number. 

Online/virtual appointments
You will be called on MS Teams at the time of your appointment. As long as you are logged on to Teams, you will see the incoming video call and can answer it. You will not normally be sent a link to a meeting.

In-person appointments

For Southwark students

Please check your booking confirmation for the exact booking location. For both appointment locations, please wait in the reception area and your advisor will meet you at the time of your appointment. 

In-person appointments will either be at:

 

  • Technopark Building, which is at Technopark, 90 London Rd, Elephant and Castle, London SE1 6LN.
  • Access Able  has accessibility information that you may find helpful.

or

  • The Student Centre, which is at 103 Borough Road, SE1 0AA. 
  • Access Able has accessibility information that you may find helpful.

 

For Croydon students: 
In person appointments are in room 202 CEH.
