How do I complete the Disability and Dyslexia Support data protection task?
In order for Disability and Dyslexia Support (DDS) to share your Support Arrangements with your Course Team and other relevant staff, we need to have your consent.
DDS only shares information about you when this is relevant to your support.

How do I give my consent?
We will set you a data protection Task via MyAccount. By marking the task complete;
You acknowledge and consent to DDS processing your information as described in the task,
You understand where to find other documents referenced in the task (such as the student data collection notice).
What is the University Data Protection policy?
The University's Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notices, available on www.lsbu.ac.uk, provide further information about the lawful basis on which we operate, as well as your rights and how we protect your privacy.
You have the right to request access to your data, to withdraw your consent and or to request the deletion of your personal data at any point by contacting the Data Protection Officer at dpa@lsbu.ac.uk.
If you choose to withdraw consent or request the deletion of your data the University may not be able to put support in place for you.
