You can submit an Extenuating Circumstances claim using the extenuating circumstances form. This can be found by selecting the 'MY ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT' tab from the top of the MyAccount homepage, and then scrolling to the bottom of the 'My academic development' page. You will need to log in to your MyAccount to see this (if you haven't already).
If you have any technical problems with using the MyAccount online form, you can use the Microsoft Form as a backup option. The Microsoft Form is available on page 8 of the "Late Submission and Extenuating Circumstances Notification Procedure" on the Policies and Procedures page of the University website. (If you are using the MS form, you must include screenshots of the technical issue you are experiencing when attempting to submit your claim through MyAccount. If you do not provide screenshots of the issue you will be asked to resubmit your EC form via MyAccount and your MS form will not be processed).
